Rehabilitation and new additional work of the Mano River Union Quarter

 

Procurement Number: MoPED/ICB/REHAW/MRUQ/001/2019

 

The Government of Sierra Leone has allocated funds to the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development for the Rehabilitation and new additional work of the Mano River Union Quarter and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to bid:

Bidding is open to all bidders who can demonstrate the following eligibility criteria:

  • Bid security
  • Valid NRA Tax clearance certificate
  • Valid NASSIT clearance certificate
  • Valid Municipal Trading License
  • Valid premier class Works certificate from Ministry of works and public asset
  • Evidence of past experience on similar assignment for at least three years
  • Audited financial statement for the past three years
  • Business profile
  • Completion Time
  • Bid forms should signed


 

You can obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below starting Wednesday 10th July 2019 at the address below between 10:00am – 4pm Mondays to Fridays.

 

Bidding document may be purchase upon payment of non-refundable fees of Five Hundred Thousand Leones (Le500, 000) only.

 

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Wednesday 24th July, 2019.

 

All bids must be accompanied with a bid security of not less than Ninety-five Million Leones (Le95, 000,000) from a reputable banking institution in Sierra Leone acceptable by the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development.

 

Bids will be opened on Wednesday 24th July, 2019 at 12:00pm in the Conference Room Ministry of Planning and Economic Development in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

 

Note:

Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
